How to download videos from TikTok on PC
Downloading TikTok videos on your computer is usually simpler than on your cell phone, because the browser better shows where the file will be located. Still, some browsers may first open the video in a new tab before asking to save.
1. Copy the TikTok link
Open the video on TikTok, use the share menu and copy the full link. If you are in doubt about the correct format, see the guide how to copy TikTok link.
2. Paste the link into the tool
Access BaixarVideo.site, paste the URL into the main bar and click search. Wait while the site processes the video and prepares the download buttons.
3. Save the file in the browser
- Click on the video or audio download button.
- If the browser shows the save box, choose the folder where you want to save the file.
- If the video opens in another tab, use the browser menu to save the file locally.
- Confirm the extension before closing the download tab or window.
4. Where the file usually resides on the PC
In most cases the file goes to the folder Downloads Windows, macOS or Linux. If you changed your browser's default folder, check your Chrome, Edge, or Firefox download history.
5. Common computer errors
- The link was copied incomplete or the video is no longer public.
- The browser blocked the transfer or opened the file in another tab.
- The request was made when the infrastructure was momentarily overloaded.
- The user closed the tab before completing the local recording.
Practical tip: If the file opens in the browser player, this does not mean immediate failure. First try saving from the open tab itself before reloading the request.
